Preorder Policy


All items in this drop are offered on a preorder basis. This means your order is placed before production begins to secure your piece from this limited release.


Preorder Window

Preorders are only available during the early access preorder period. Once this window closes, order numbers are locked and production begins. We do not produce extra stock beyond confirmed preorders.


Production & Delivery Timeline

After the preorder window closes, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your item to be crafted, shipped, and delivered. Each piece is made with care and attention to quality. We do not offer rush production or expedited manufacturing.


Limited Production

This is not a mass-produced release. All pieces are produced in limited quantities based on preorder demand. Securing a preorder guarantees your item from this drop.


Order Commitment

By placing a preorder, you agree to the stated production timeline. Preorders secure inventory and begin the production process, so orders cannot be canceled once the preorder window has closed.


Shipping

Once production is complete, orders will be shipped in the order they were received. You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.

We prioritize craftsmanship and quality over speed. Every piece is made to meet our standards before it reaches you.

We currently ship within the UK only.

As we continue to grow, international shipping will be added in the future — stay locked in.


📦 Processing Time

• All orders are processed same day or next working day

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day


🚚 Delivery

• UK shipping only (for now)

• Delivery times are shown at checkout

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details


Returns & Refunds Policy


Due to the nature of our brand and limited drops:

Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue
